Crab rangoon egg rolls are a mashup of two favorite Chinese takeout dishes. The filling is sweet and creamy, like an Asian-inspired crab dip filled with REAL crab!


In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to make the crab filling. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of crab filling in the center of the wrapper and wet the edges. Roll the wrapper gently but tightly around the filling.

Fry in hot oil or air fry in an air fryer at 325°F the egg rolls until golden brown.
