These creme brûlée brownies are the most decadent brownies! The brownie layer is chewy and fudgy. Topped off with a layer of smooth and creamy vanilla creme and finished with a layer of sugar caramelized for a delicious crunchy topping.

-Sugar -Eggs -Vanilla -Chocolate -Vegetable Oil -Flour -Cocoa Powder -Heavy Cream -Cornstarch


Make the brownie batter by mixing all the ingredients. Pour into an 8x8 baking pan and slightly underbake it.

Make the custard by mixing eggs, sugar, vanilla and heavy cream in a pan and stir slowly until it thickens.

Spread the custard on top of the cooled brownies and place in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Sprinkle an even layer of sugar on top and caramelize it with a blow torch to get a crunchy crust.
