Pulverize the graham crackers in a food processor, add the other ingredients and press it in a baking pan.

Add the gelatin to the strawberry juice, heat to reduce, and add cream cheese. Then puree the strawberries.

Whip the heavy cream and combine it with the strawberry puree and gelatin mixture.

Pour the filling over the pre-cooked graham cracker crust. Let it set in the fridge.
